The site offers easy access with a pull-in parking area suitable for cars and caravans. All pitches are easily accessible via well-maintained roadways, featuring level, generously sized green pitches with hardcore parking alongside. Every pitch is serviced with an electric hook-up, isolator switch, and TV point. Six standard pitches are located by a stream, while six serviced pitches have their own water supply and drainage.

The amenities block is centrally located within the field, surrounded by a spacious paved area designed for wheelchair access. It features a small ramped entrance and easily accessible rooms. The block includes three fully tiled shower rooms, each equipped with a shower, toilet, and wash hand basin with hand drying facilities. One shower room is specially adapted with grab rails and an alarm system, allowing a companion assistant if needed.
