About Penstar House

The Penstar Bunkhouse was converted from an old barn in 1996 by the Powell family, who have owned the farm since 1918. Situated on a working farm, it offers direct access to the Brecon Beacons and the Taff Trail, a popular long-distance walking route. The bunkhouse operates as a self-catering facility.

The accommodation caters for up to 20 people, including rooms designed for guests with disabilities. There are 2, 6, and 12-bed rooms, along with a drying room, a fully equipped kitchen, ample living space, and underfloor heating for added comfort.
