Mountain View Ranch

Mountain View Ranch is a family adventure attraction set across over 100 acres of woodland and trails on Caerphilly Mountain. There’s plenty to explore including tree houses, fairy forests, a Bug & Caterpillar Trail, and a permanent Gruffalo Trail with characters hidden throughout. Visitors will also find jumping pillows, willow swings, soft archery and scenic picnic spots, making it ideal for a fun day outdoors with children of all ages.

The site is well equipped for a family-friendly visit with a coffee shop offering cakes, drinks, ice cream and light snacks. Paths throughout much of the trail are pushchair accessible, though some sections are steeper and hillier.
